PRACTICE BOOK CHANGES FOR 2013 CURRENTLY UNDER CONSIDERATION BY THE RULES COMMITTEE! TAKE NOTE!

    1. Practice Book rules don't apply to the short calendar (what a joke).
    2. A judge can at their discretion ignore what is stated in the practice book and get away with it.
    I have many examples to support my position but I will leave it at that.
