  1. The mother finally gets her protective order granted by the judge presiding over the criminal arraignment after her baby died! This is outrageous! There's no excuse for why it wasn't granted in the first instance by judge Pinkus presiding over the family matter so the baby would still be alive. There facts supporting the restraining order have not changed as to the mother's protection at all! Just more evidence of the incompetence of family courts and how they don't take domestic violence seriously in our state. They don't want training...they don't want to know...because labeling domestic violence is big business for the divorce industry in our state. This has to change!
