IF YOU ARE A PERSON WITH MENTAL ILLNESS, IN A MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE DON'T EXPECT ANY HELP FROM THE LEGAL PROFESSION UNLESS YOU ARE DEAD!

  1. Your headline understates the scope of the speaker's statement. He is telling lawyers to avoid taking cases where the only injury is mental regardless of the source of the injury, whether it be medical malpractice or otherwise.

  2. As vicious and as horrible as this attorney's comments are, you have to give him credit for telling the truth as he saw it. I will say how amazing that the attorney appears to have no clue that his statements violate the rights of these potential clients. Can you imagine a person who went to a bunch of attorneys who thought like this guy? I mean with that letter recommending the person check with another attorney. By the time this fellow is finished, if all attorneys think alike, he is getting turned down and instructed to keep on trying another attorney in letter after letter, setting him or her up for a string of similarly worded rejections!
