I only read the on-line version, which doesn't identify the editorial board. Can someone enlighten me?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9173416929829483433.post-26908264034439460302015-02-16T13:22:11.810-05:002015-02-16T13:22:11.810-05:00You can't ask for the article to be taken down...You can't ask for the article to be taken down just because the lawyer who wrote it may have violated the rules of professional responsibility. That censorship is just as bad as Frazzini's prior restraint ruling. If Pattis violated the rules, he should be held accountable. Obviously, in Connecticut, that seldom happens. And even if he is "held accountable," it will likely result in some de minimis sanction which may be non-public.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9173416929829483433.post-25880048889154762422015-02-16T08:14:05.727-05:002015-02-16T08:14:05.727-05:00In addition to Attorney Pattis being before Judge ...In addition to Attorney Pattis being before Judge Stephen Frazzini in the Foy case, the case also involved DCF. It's worth noting that the Commissioner of DCF is the Chair of the Editorial Board for the CT Law Tribune. So there appears to be questionable motivations on many levels. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
