What struck me here in this video is the way the guy begs her to cover up for him. If I had a dime for every time my abuser asked me to cover up for him and tell some story to explain away an incident, I'd be millionaire by now. They play on your compassion so well. I read about psychopaths and one of them apparently said what they first try to do is make people feel sorry for them. Once they have done that they can get away with so much. Later on you feel so exploited.
