PRACTICE BOOK CHANGES FOR 2013 CURRENTLY UNDER CONSIDERATION BY THE RULES COMMITTEE! TAKE NOTE!
Take a look at the new Connecticut Practice Book Rules which the Rules Committee is considering for this year! Let me know what you think!
It really doesn't matter cause 1. Practice Book rules don't apply to the short calendar (what a joke). 2. A judge can at their discretion ignore what is stated in the practice book and get away with it. I have many examples to support my position but I will leave it at that.
