NEW DATE FOR INFORMAL TASK FORCE HEARING ON FAMILY COURT ISSUES!
Praying someone will bring some prepared "language" defining the shared/joint issue. SO frustrating. Throw in the notion that an in-chambers, off-record, Judge to GAL (NOT representing the pro se parents-on paper) conference is BS!
I hope someone does say that any off the record conferences with the judge and attorneys and GALs is completely improper. There is so much wrong with these conferences, the inclusion of hearsay, unsubstantiated evidence and subtle innuendo--it is absolutely wrong. Yes, the lack of prepared language is a particular drawback. I feel that the task force leaders completely derailed the purpose of the task force wrongly.
