ACTRESS TALKS ABOUT LOSING CUSTODY OF HER CHILDREN!
I think the most interesting aspect of her story is the failure of the family court system to uphold the court orders--the way the father blatantly flouted agreements and orders without consequence. Also, the way the school system so quickly complied with the father's clearly improper instructions instead of recognizing that the mother had legal rights as well. I find that so unacceptable. Kudos to her that she refused supervised visitation, although I will say some people have had supervised visitation and it did lead them to the restoration of their custody rights. So it isn't an easy decision to make whether to participate in supervised visitation or not, for either parent.
This is not something that the general public are aware of. Most people think that if a mother loses custody, she must have done something wrong.
