NEW DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE STUDY ON CUSTODY EVALUATORS BELIEFS ABOUT DOMESTIC ABUSE!
Unfortunately, the person that matters alot of the times is the police officer who may know that the allegations are false but is more scared for his/her job and will arrest innocent people which is a difficult obstacle to overcome for most persons.
This also doesn't change the fact that the person who has the wherewithal (i.e. money) to portray themselves in a good light precludes whatever the judge/evaluator believes about domestic violoence. It's such a sick joke that an evaluator can pretend that some pertinent facts about one parent don't exist if the other parent does not have the wherewithal to bring all of the facts to the table.

That is a good point. There must be a way to level the playing field when it comes to finances.
