MICHAEL NOWACKI WINS APPEAL!
For those of you who are interested, Michael Nowacki won his appeal and the link to the decision is below:
Having read the opinion, this guy's prosecution raises real questions. His nanny stops doing her job and violates her employment agreement. He then writes her to complain about it. And then HE ends up getting prosecuted because the nanny was offended?! You wanna tell me the prosecutors don't have better things to go after?!
