For those of you who may not have been aware, the Connecticut Bar Association has a fee dispute resolution program which is available for folks dissatisfied with the legal fees in their cases.
I have not actually participated in this program, but I thought it would be helpful for people to know about it. If anyone has actually had an opportunity to participate in this program and would like to comment about it, I'd love to hear from you in the comment section below.
