Sheila Harrington hasn't read all the reports and she has the nerve to speak. She figures that she can just trust DCF and give them the benefit of the doubt despite their long history of wrongdoing, particularly in this case. She doesn't have to read the documents and get informed on the facts in regard to what happened in this case. And having not informed herself in regard to the details of the case, she has the nerve to tell her fellow representatives how to vote? Further, she is a GAL? If that doesn't explain to everyone what is the matter with GALs, I don't know what will.
