    According to my lawyer, Leo Diana altered a settlement agreement( AFTER it was signed by all parties )to be beneficial to his client.

    The presiding judge noticed the addition as it was written squeezed into the margin and asked me if I realized the negative effect this word would have on my financial settlement.

    I thanked him and withdrew from the agreement
