TELL CONGRESS WE NEED TO REVOKE IMMUNITY FOR FAMILY COURT JUDGES! SIGN THE PETITION!

CAMPAIGN ALERT!

The Campaign for Judicial Reform is an effort led by the 501c3 non-profit Foundation for the Child Victims of the Family Courts (FCVFC) and its supporters to bring about crucial reforms in the family court and foster-care systems across America. Together, we can ensure that the desperately needed changes to bring about fairness and justice for all – not just the system and the elite, but
children and families – can be achieved.

The problems are many, and the task ahead is daunting. Powerful entrenched interests will fight us every step of the way. But for the sake of the thousands of victims grinded up and spit out by the corrupt system every year – especially innocent parents, children and families – we must do what needs to be done.

Thank you for checking out our campaign. We sincerely hope that you will help us in this massive undertaking, if not for yourself, then for the countless victims who are being literally destroyed by a corrupt, unaccountable system. Please go to the link to find out what you can do. If we can help you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

  2. Family court judges are in bed with the fathers rights special interest groups-- there is no more "best interest of a child"- it is about money- and courtwhores getting rich==

  3. Dear Anonymouse and Annie Isabel,

As a father whose rights were taken from him from a corrupt system I strongly disagree with your statements that father's rights group are solely in bed with judges. Please get your facts straight. There are many fathers out there who are fighting for time with their children. Abuses exist on both sides of the table. It's this men against women and women against men approaches, instead of parents for more equality in the systtem approach that causes the problems. Why don't you reach out to an aggrieved father to see that he loses sleep at night just as much as you do? And yes I do agree that its about money.

  4. Also as a father who was abused by the corrupt system and a victim of DV ,I find Miss Isabel comment to be somewhat disturbing and contradictory as if your for fathers rights you sure as heck aint no freind of the judge ,A person(like myself) joins a rights group because they feel their rights have been violated and i know many a father and also mothers who rights have been trampled upon by family court judges..My ex assaulted me with a baseball bat(her and my family as witnesses who all told the judge what happened) all because i wouldnt let her drive drunk with our 3 kids in the car and took her keys and she proceeded to whup me like no person has ever done before and she put me in the hospital for 3 months yet somehow she got custody of our 3 children even though she was convicted of felony assault and battery(with the help from her and my family) all she got was probation and a $300 fine ,I got a $98,000 hospital bill ,kicked out of a house my parents gave me when i was 18.,20% use of my right arm ,$1800 a month in child support which i only get $672 from disability so i am in arrears some $35,000 right now and a judge who could care less if live or die as long as im paying.dont get to see my children and live in a shelter. So Annie Isabel like the man above said PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT...

  5. I think it is clear that there are men who are abused as well as women, so I won't think it is one way. However, there is money coming from HHS which father's rights groups use to take custody away from women and the statistic show that they are very successful at it. This does not in any way invalidate your experience, Micheal. I've gone to magistrate court in support of men who have been abused by the system and it is never right when it happens. I don't think Annie is condoning abuse of any person. Just protesting misuse of federal money to attack fit mothers.
