I CALLED! WILL YOU? LET YOUR REPRESENTATIVES KNOW YOU DON'T WANT AFCC PEOPLE ON THE TASK FORCE!


RED ALERT!

As you know, two AFCC members have been chosen to lead the Task Force Involving the Care and Custody of Minor Children.  Both of these persons have been involved in custody cases which have resulted in harm and damage to children as well as their parents.  Further, they have already expressed views which obstruct the goals of this task force.  Please call the following state legislators who appointed these harmful individuals and request that they be removed from the task force:

    I hope everyone reads the comment above and takes action in terms of calling or emailing the representatives designated above to get Attorney Cousineau and Attorney Dornfeld off this task force. We have to listen to the voices of pain and suffering and fight as hard as we can on their behalf.

    My sons father and I came to an agreement in a pre-trial but Dornfeld didn't like it and now we have to go to trial. How can she do that? We are the parents but she has the final say in the decision of our son? Absolutely insane and infuriating.

      I would think this is Sharon Dornfeld, or someone in her "camp" asking this question.!! I have met several parents with horror stories. Myself included.

    Does anyone see a connection with S. cousineau and S. Dornfeld? Theyre not only continuously appointed as Guardian Ad Items but they also do a lot of foreclosures. Sharon Dornfeld represents the plaintiff City of Danbury and Sue Cousineau has worked on behalf of the City of Middletown. They're part of the committee regarding foreclosures. Other GAL's who are very busy doing Gal work are also doing work representing their city too. With over 1200 GAL's, how are some of the busiest on the sa,e committee regarding foreclosures?

    This is a very good point because the scam is to drive litigants to the point of bankruptcy and then doing a foreclosure proceedings on their homes.

    I have made calls to every person on the list. There are more out there but even if we are able to clean house just one at a time that's another family saved. There are better ways to help families in circumstances like these. I wonder how many GALS would be out there if they were to do this job Pro Bono?

    Sharon Dornfeld is a discriminating civil rights violater and is stripping my daughter who has a disability from all humanity. She has bullied her, stripped her of her rights, charged us ridiculous money, and is on a vengeance to get what she wants, not what is best for my daughter. I am exposing her to the media, please join me and build a task force against her. No other family should go through what we are going through. She does not acknowledge The Rights nor Protection for A disabled person. I think her motto is "winning". Help us expose her, we want to hear from you.

      There are many family court litigants in the State of Connecticut with Disabilities who are angry that the CT Judicial Branch and its employees fails to adhere to the Americans With Disabilities Act under Title II and Title III.
