DRAFT OF PROPOSED RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE TASK FORCE!

For you guys that are interested in knowing what direction the recommendations of the task force are heading, there is a draft available.  At this point, there have been additional meetings and conversations which have adjusted this initial draft, but it is still worth taking a look at.  The link to this document is below:
