Never before has so little been accomplished with three pages of text. This doesn't address any of the malfeasance parents have been complaining about. GALs and AMCs are free to bill whatever they want, to define their jobs however they want, to violate parents' rights however they want. And this doesn't even adopt a standard complaint system for them. Disgusting.
