At 19 months old he has medical disabilities his grandmother has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing science, giving her the ability to properly care for her grandson that she loves and adores. Connecticut’s Department of Children and Families (DCF) Manchester office is preventing her from caring for her grandson. Two years ago she was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after the sudden and tragic loss of her daughter. Her condition in no way affects her ability to care for Jaxon as she already has custody of her granddaughter with the approval of the same (DCF) office that is blocking her from having Jaxon home with her in a loving caring family environment..."
