I find the money trail very interesting. So the judicial system in Connecticut has expanded its personnel by 38% even while complaining how little money it gets. That is quite an extraordinary amount. Then it focuses in on the law libraries and cuts them by over a million dollars, even though the libraries are key to reducing the workload generated by self represented parties.
