Hi All,
Just wanted to wish you good luck finishing up your testimony. If you are struggling with it I suggest to simplify and follow the mantra that "less-is-more" sometimes. Keep it directly answering the language of the bill we are providing testimony towards. We only have 3 minutes each and that is about one page of material.
Practice reading it to yourself or a friend tonight.
Don't forget those 15 copies and a couple of extras for the press. DON'T FORGET YOUR BILLS FROM GALS, COURT-ORDERED EVALUATIONS, COUNSELORS, SUPERVISORS, ALL OF THE COURT-ORDERED PAID-FOR- SERVICES
8:30 Sign ups start at Room 2500.
No one can submit testimony copies for the hearing after 9 AM so be there on time. We need you. Please submit 15 copies of testimony to staff at the time of sign-up and no later than one hour prior to the start of the hearing in Room 2500 of the LOB. Testimony submitted after the designated time may not be distributed until after the hearing.
9:15 is a group picture in front of the main entrance of the building.
10:00 the hearing starts in Room 2C. The first hour may be administrative details.

Free Parking Available at the back of the LOB, via access road to the right of the Armory.
