SUPERVISED VISITATION PROVIDERS!

Below is a link to suggested supervised visitation providers around the country.

I do not endorse any one of them, because I haven't received feedback yet in regard to them.  But what I do say is that this link was sent to me by a person I trust.

So for those of you looking for supervised visitation providers, do consider choosing from this list and let me know what your experiences are.  See below for the link:

http://svnworldwide.org/providers_results.asp

***This feedback just in, Visitation Solutions in Brookfield, CT is affiliated with several father's rights attorneys and father's rights mental health practitioners.  You might want to avoid that group.

***This feedback just in, The Exchange in Stamford is associated with a corrupt mental health professional, Dr. Adamakas, who has been associated with a number of improper rulings in family court.  This place is not on the list above, but I wanted you all to be aware of other places as well.

IF ANYONE ELSE HAS FEEDBACK, CONTINUE TO LET ME KNOW AND I WILL UPDATE MY INFORMATION!  THANKS!

  1. Cartherine, thanks for posting this link. There are so many problems with the supervised visitation companies that are not a part of this organization.

You probably recall that one of them, "Nick Sarno" had as many as six different aliases and used an alias in his work, and he maintains rather unusual business affiliations with Greg Sarno, who is well known for his push to prevent parents from being forced to provide for children that are disabled, and unwanted. This organization charged approximately $8000 a month for access to a child, and my last information was that they/he holds the passport of the mother now, in lieu of payment. They are not members of the SVN.

The SVN held a conference in New York recently which included the investigative research of Drs. Stephanie Dallum, Chris O'Sullivan, and Evan Stark. Many professionals from the NYC domestic violence support system attended and shared their experiences.

While it's egregious to have mothers and children apart when they have both been victimized, It is better to have someone well educated and concerned towards the global issues presented by family violence cases. It's better that it is affordable, and that providers can become available that allow for visitation in less restrictive environments.

Like you, I would like to see businesses that have to support domestic violence issues be a long past need in our society. I would lie to see peace and protection as the standard.

  2. Yes, my best assessment of this is that the visitation services on this link are not on the criminal level that Nick Sarno and his cohorts are on. No parent should be bankrupted simply in the process of trying to maintain their ties with their children. Thanks for your insight.

    1. Nick Sarno owes me money still from last year and Dennis Puebla gave me a bad report, yet i have him on video not even around my child and I and said I need more visitation just so he can get more money. This man will feel pain like he has caused our family.

    2. Dennis Puebla is a hazard. He lies only follows the GALs requests and charges $90 an hour for visitation.

    3. Dennis Puebla is corrupt and abuses both the parent and the child that is being supervised. I was warned about him by one of his staff while being supervised. He charged me $75 for any change in the already schedule visit even if the other parent made the change which he did often so I'd have to pay an additional $75 for the change. Not fair not ethical not compassionate. I found him to be a bully and greedy. Lies in court and is recommended by the hired guns. Because I lived 40 mins from my child and my child requested to come "home" for visits, before our visit started I'd often already paid $100 just to pick my daughter up, plus the $75 for time change by ex.

    4. Dennis Puebla was recommended by Attorney Louise Truax (who ran a supervised visitation center from her office) & approved by Judge Holly Avery-Wetstone. When will there be a class action against these corrupt criminals? Please start a class action!

    6. Truax is the worst attorney ever. She couldn’t argue her way out of her dyke girlfriend Attorney Surette’s ass. Dennis Puebla is still running from me. He is so dumb. Get someone to supervise him while he is supervising you and your child and watch him cry behind bars. Where can I find him by the way?

  3. I would not recommend any readers placing their telephone number on this website since it leaves you open to having random people give you phone calls! There are a broad range of individuals who review this website, some supportive and others not supportive of its purpose. I can be reached at my email address: Slopercathy@gmail.com.

  4. FYI, for anyone who wants to know, I myself, were I required to do so, would never participate in supervised visitation since I believe that it is simply an opportunity for enemies to obtain more documentation against me. However, not everyone is in my situation, so I did want to make the list of providers available for anyone who might want to know. I obtained the list from a person who participated in the CT GAL training.

    2. Dennis Puebla was chosen to supervise me and my kids. Charges $100 an hour plus travel. The reports were truthful and positive I'll give him that. 2 months later my ex decides she wants to move 800 miles away. I needed Dennis to testify about the bond that would be broken between me and my children. Through my lawyer he said he demanded $3,000 PER DAY for court appearances. How does $100 an hour amount to $3,000 a day? I did not have the money because I was paying the GAL $350.00 an hour just to drive to court, never mind attend it. My lawyer then advised me that he could subpoena him to testify, but I ran the risk of him lying on the stand for forcing him to be there without being paid his daily $3,000 rate. The mob could only dream of such extortion-like business practices. And Dennis Puebla also left out unfavorable comments my children made about the mother as well. He's a business man, not a social worker.

  5. Hi:

I just wanted to let you know that my guardian ad nothing (GAL), Jill Plancher, recommended I have supervised visitation with my kids, because I threw my back out while she was observing me with my children. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital in front of my kids.

    What a crime!!

Anyway, I would like you to know that the supervisor she suggested was Nick Sarno, the above listed criminal. When I said no, she recommended Dennis Puebla. I think Dennis, being affiliated with her, is probably also scum and based on this link to her, should probably be avoided.

    1. Dennis is trying to have my daughter taken away with Lisa Kourzojian as Our GAL. She is the most biased individual I have ever met. It is a club in Stamford of “chose one parent”. This time they choose a provine drug addicted alcoholic mother who lies and lies and lies.

    2. Dennis Puebla was chosen to supervise me and my children. Half way through he stopped showing up and we’re replaced by employees of his that were no older than mid-twenties. I was not told of it in advance, and had no idea what their qualifications were. Very shady.

  6. I am also hearing very negative information about Jill Plancher so others considering her should be warned. I have also heard terrible stories about Nick Sarno and also Dennis Puebla is a familiar name. So readers, be warned!

    1. If you get court ordered Lisa Kourzojian, say goodbye to your child. Unless you have money. She choose both Nick Sarno and Dennis Puebla to Supervise me. And DCF investigated the mother!! Go figure life. Worse. My daughter loves me most. That’s why the mother is pissed. The mother chose not to be a parent so I bonded with the child. Then Lisa believed the mother and the rest is history.

  7. I have been forced into this nonsense of supervised visitation and was with a crappy provider. I proposed to the court to change providers based on my income. I submitted the new agency's CV via the GAL and got them approved. There name is Happy Family Services located in New Haven. They are good, non intrusive and reasonably priced.

    1. From what I have heard, I would absolutely agree.

    2. Is there any kind of investigation into Dennis Puebla? I've heard nothing but bad things about him. In every case I've seen unless the person being supervised was drunk or on drugs during supervision, he always sides with the father and testifies to how great the abusive father was during supervision. He is clearly doing a huge disservice to protective mothers and it's a racket. Also he has an unofficial "sliding scale" so I've heard from wealthy people he's charging $175/hr to and people in Norwalk who are paying $125. His bills add up. A mom I met recently said that 2 supervised days a week cost her over $8K a month.

    4. PLEASE do NOT hire Dennis Puebla or be strong armed into supervised visitation. Lisa K and Dennis’ racket HAS to be exposed. It’s the only way it will see an ounce of reform. I never lost custody of my son. His father took him in the middle of the night and went rogue for ELEVEN months. No replies whatsoever from attorneys, family relations, ANYONE. My son’s father lost custody of both of his daughters and has a history of domestic violence he pays his way out of. The CT Judicial System is incredibly flawed — the Constitution State no less. Anyone willing to expose this should. Also look up his involvement in the Jennifer Dulos case. $1,000 per visit to see my own son? How does one even explain this? IN NUMBERS. Not the 70k+ they will cost you financially without so much as ever taking the time to meet you. They took away the most precious, magical gift from me that I PAID FOR (not on a sliding scale — remember it should always be on one) until I appeal. The child is the victim here. My child. Your child. Any child. SPEAK UP!!! Ctmirror is a great resource

  12. I totally agree about Dennis Puebla - terrible situation with him. Greedy.

  13. I totally agree about him. Many issues I've heard over the past year. 1. He always sides with the father in court and will testify to what a great father he is. Never seen him speak against a father unless he was on drugs or drunk during visitation. So what's the value of his testimony? 2. He charges a sliding scale depending on where you live (a mom in Westport paid $175 hr and a mom in Norwalk paid $125). 3. He has a racket going. A mom I met recently was paying over $1K per supervised visit and didn't get a copy of the bills which were, of course, only seen by the abusive father. That's just madness.

  14. Wow that's so in line with what I've heard. It seems to be that there's no oversight over supervisors. They can charge what they want. But what bothers me most is that they're undermining the person who is protecting the child. The supervision gets ordered (obviously due to some abuse or substance abuse), then the supervised parent "behaves" because usually these people know how to cover up their act. And then they end up in a stronger position because the supervisor is totally on the side of the abuser. Again, and again, and again. So the families get nothing (aside from a very big monthly bill).

  15. Are there any good supervisors out there? I’m looking for a supervisor to replace one. I am aware of the Puebla reputation for being anti mother. And now I’m aware of Sarno too. This is just ridiculous, aren’t there any vaguely affordable and ethical/unbiased choices?

  16. Dennis may just care about which GAL is recommending him so the money keeps flowing. He can be very wrongful in his thoughts and reports depending focus on whom the GAL wants to win custody. All with in "who is going to fill my pockets, as I ruin child's lives and family members who want to be a parent and be involved. Sarno is a joke!

    1. Seriously. The GAL is choosing the mother and is forcing me out of my daughter’s life. I hate Lisa Kourzojian so much. Then Dennis came in my house and scanned my place and alerted the mother. I’m going to get him and show him what sadness is.

  17. I had Dennis Puebla chosen to supervise my visits with my children. He charged $100 an hour. The visitations were weekly and lasted for about 2-3 months. He did provide written reports and they were truthful and accurate. He saw no issues with my parenting skills. My ex at around this time filed an emergency motion to relocate her and my 2 children (who were 8 and 3 at the time) to move out of state about 1000 miles away. I needed Dennis to testify to what was written in the reports that I was a good parent and had a strong, loving bond with my children. Soon after, I get a call from my Attorney that his "fee" for court appearances are $3,000 a DAY. The trial /hearing was expected to last 2-3 days. I did not have the $6,000- $9,000 to pay him to testify on my behalf because I could barely afford to pay my GAL's bill and my Atty's bill. How does a guy with an Masters in social work become worth $3,000 a day when his hourly rate is $100 an hour? I needed him at this critical time, but I could not afford to pay him. I lost, and my ex moved with our children and have been alienated from them ever since. Is this considered extortion or racketeering? My life has never been the same and I miss my children every hour of every day. Thanks Dennis. Guess that's how some people can afford to live in Westport. Shame on you.

  18. My daughters Attorney (Louise Truax) sent my child with a recording devise disguised as a small teddy bear.I recognized the devise was not sure what to do as the stress and constant bullying from my ex was overwhelming me. So I turned the radio up very loud on our drive home. Next day I'm ordered for supervision. Paid anywhere from $125 to $200per hour. With a minimum or 2 hour visit. What would have been a settlement for me was spent on attorneys, custody evaluators, and supervision. I'd never hit my child, no verbal abuse, no emotional abuse was doing my best to shelter my daughter from the conflict. I love my daughter more than I could ever imagine. Would do anything for her. Yet she was removed from my care and I had to be "supervised". Cost thousands of dollars for 11 years until I was completely broke. House in forclosure etc.. Never a bad supervised report was written nor any advise on what to do to improve my parenting or end in site. My credit, reputation, and eventually my relationship with child was ruined. So heartbroken, devastated, shocked by the injustice and cruelty of divorce court. Its been 12 plus years now, my daughter is an adult and I have not heard from her in 10 years...

  19. Something HAS to be done about Dennis and Lisa. Children are not pawns. My baby boy was taken in the middle of the night by his father who has lost custody of both of his daughters. My retainer is typically 5k and I have to commute from NYC to CT and walk around with my child and a clipboard. Never Dennis. He has an office in NYC. I had done every program to prove the absurd claims his father made .I would have NEVER entered a custody battle if the attorney Prerna Raos ensured me (after -2 months of not knowing where my and what was going down.
